Job training has become a strategic element for strengthening human capital and improving performance within organizations, particularly in environments characterized by constant changes and higher levels of competitiveness. Despite multiple studies highlighting its contribution to increased productivity, operational efficiency, and job satisfaction, the effectiveness of training programs can vary depending on individual, organizational, and contextual factors that influence how employees perceive and apply the knowledge acquired. In this context, the objective of this study is to analyze the impact of training on job performance based on employee perceptions, considering three main dimensions: productivity, efficiency, and job satisfaction. The research adopts an empirical approach of a descriptive and comparative nature, based on the application of surveys and interviews to employees who have participated in different training processes. Furthermore, a comparative analysis is carried out between different groups of workers in order to identify possible significant differences associated with the type of training received, the frequency of participation and the functional area of performance. The results allow us to identify patterns in the perception of the impact of training on job performance, as well as variations between groups of employees. The findings provide relevant evidence for the field of human talent management, by offering elements that contribute to the design of training programs that are more relevant, measurable, and aligned with organizational needs.
